BRG Independent Shared Housing

Applications are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours after submission. Qualified applicants will be contacted to schedule a brief in-person interview and property viewing. Final approval and move-in details will be provided after the interview process is completed.

Applicants must upload the following documents when submitting their application: • A valid government-issued photo ID • Proof of income (recent pay stub, SSI award letter, Social Security letter, pension statement, or subsidy verification) Additional documentation may be requested during the approval process if needed.

Yes. Utilities and internet are included in the monthly housing cost. This allows residents to have predictable monthly expenses without separate utility bills.

There is no long-term lease requirement. The program operates on a month-to-month shared housing agreement, allowing flexibility for residents while maintaining program guidelines.

Applicants must meet the following requirements: • 21 years of age or older • Able to live independently and respectfully in a shared living environment • Have verifiable, steady income (employment, SSI, Social Security, pension, or subsidy) Applicants must also complete the application process and participate in a short intake interview before approval.
